Privacy Policy

1. Image processing

Photos you open in Scandut, and the scans created from them, are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. All image processing — page detection, perspective correction, enhancement and PDF generation — happens inside your browser on your own device, and any in-progress data is discarded when you close the page.

2. Information we collect

Scandut does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name or contact details. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized visit statistics (page views, traffic sources, device environment, and similar) to operate and improve the service. Google Analytics uses cookies for this purpose; the collected data does not personally identify you.

3. Advertising and cookies

Scandut may display Google AdSense ads to keep the service free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

4. Contact

For questions about this policy, please contact the site operator by email.
